Raytha v1.4.3: audit log cleanup, /healthz and editor fixes
A maintenance release with a button to clear audit logs, a /healthz endpoint, a more capable TipTap editor, a View on Website button and consistent admin headings.

What's new
- Button to clear audit logs added to Audit Logs screen (to save database storage space). Must have System Permission to use this button.
- Added /healthz endpoint for health checks
- TipTap wysiwig editor now way more functional, allowing linked images and more HTML elements
- "View on Website" button added to content item page. Thanks @hakkiai for your contribution.
- Fixed bug in CSV export
- Repeal and replaced Mediatr with Mediator (for licensing reasons).
- Standardized page headings and breadcrumbs throughout the admin panel
